"Brilliant service and lovely staff!"

I took my very ill baby into a and e Sunday afternoon and received amazing care! The doctors and nurses really took my concerns on and looked after my baby very well. We did go home and ended up coming back in by ambulance on Tuesday which again was brilliant, the doctor took us in for monitoring and I felt confident that he was getting brilliant care and support. Again ended up admitted again Wednesday and they took all of my concerns on and were very accommodating! They fed me as I’m a breastfeeding mum and they made sure I had enough water. Can’t complain at all! It makes me angry though when people try complain about our brilliant health care teams! They’re trying their best everyday, keeping people alive and dealing with people by priority. If people didn’t use the hospital as an out of ours service then people could be treat quickly and it’s a shame that half the people who do use a and e don’t need the service and could deal with their illness via a gp or out of ours doctors service! Going in with a limp or with a sickness bug does not scream emergency.

Anyway enough ranting! I love the fact we have a health care service that’s free and brilliant!
