(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at John Taylor Hospice for the excellent care and support given to xxx and her family during her stay there. All the staff are very special amazing people doing a fantastic job creating tailor made care for all they look after and ensuring a tranquil and supportive environment for everyone.
