I was diagnosed on screening as having breast cancer on 7th December and have been seen by the breast surgeon and had surgery.
Surgery carried out on 8th January and histology results still not available on 1st February!!.... Completely unacceptabel as part of a so called urgent service where histology results decide my future treatment and survival.
