"Reception"

The medical care was excellent.

The consultant and nurse 1st class treatment.

But first impression on arrival rude disrespectful receptionist.

I arrived 5mins before my appointment but was told should have been earlier?

Then was told “just sit over there and don’t move!”

I asked consultant if I was late he said not at all.

Then same receptionist would not acknowledge me when trying to book next appointment.

Am dreading coming back.
