"Dissapoined"

Waiting area is not descreet so all hospital users will know what you have an appointment for. During my consultation I had a random memeber of staff walk into the room, no knocking nothing, just braged in. the nurse working with me took a personal call mid way through the consultation, due to the sensitivity of my appointment was very unprofessional. They miss calculated my scan and because of this caused me many problems. I was made to feel silly for not going for their suggested contraception methods despite me saying many time why I did not want anything surgical. I had a problem and instead of helping they tried to get us out the door as soon as possible despite knowing I was on in a state of panic and under a time limit to get a termination pill. I also asked for the contraceptive pill which they forgot to give me whilst they were trying to make us leave as soon as possible as they wanted to go home. Very disappointed, could not stress enough that if you are thinking of going to nupas Finchley to see what othe operions to have and where else you could go and have your appointment.
