What I liked

Very good communication from consultant to other staff.

Waited only 5 minutes to be seen by my consultant.

Very clean and modern clinic.

What could be improved

Improve the waiting time for a PET scan - currently up to 2 weeks for the scan and then 2 weeks before receiving the results.

PET scanning is shared between Basildon and Southend hospitals - Southend should have its own PET scanning facilities.
