"What a nightmare"

I tried to make an appointment for my client and was told to come in at 1 my client has autism and does not communicate

I got in at 1 pm only to be told I have to now make an appointment

Furious that I couldn't make an appointment I rang nhs direct to see a gp appaling treatment of vulnerable adults

Avoid this place like the black plague
