I had to call the emergency services yesterday whilst on the motorway as I needed an ambulance for my 93 year old passenger. I am the very person an operator doesn't want on the end of the line, as when I was asked where I was I hadn't a clue. I was in a bit of a tiz dealing with my passenger and the surrounding traffic. The operator asked me various questions and soon managed to tell me which junction I was on and she sent an ambulance straight away. The crew were great and looked after us so well.
We were taken to Swindon Hospital Emergency department who were absolutely superb. Thank you so much
