About: The Royal London Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I visited Royal London as a referral from my local hospital - fractured my pelvis when I got knocked off my bicycle.

I was really happy with my experience.

All the staff from the nurses to the radiologists and doctors were friendly and helpful. My injuries were explained well, along with the plan for my recovery.

Yes I had to wait a while, but I was seen fairly quickly, and the patient transport got me home - I would not have been able to travel easily by myself.

Everyone I spoke to, including receptionists, the ambulance driver, and the medical teams were friendly and helpful.

Thanks to everyone who helped me.
