I was feeling that I was stuck in a bubble and not able to switch off, I had too much on my plate with a hectic life style e. g. work, family life and other activities. Eventually I wanted to change this and got in touch with my GP. Who put me in touch with Six Degrees. From there I met a six degrees practioner. Talking to someone who I was unfamiliar with was really useful. It helped me change the things that should be important and prioritise things such as family on myself as being the most important.
