"extremely bad"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

What I liked

nothing

What could be improved

everything

Anything else?

Having been given an appointment at 9am, and finally been seen by Registrar at

12.30, you could say I was slighty frustrated, the proceedure was carried out during his lunch break at 1.40pm, I was told to make an appointment for twoweeks time, but nothing arrived, so I phoned the hospital and was told there were no records, I finally got an appointment in the eye ward, was seen by the doctor but was told he did not have the correct equipmet to see if the procedure had worked, can I come back in three weeks time, it is two weeks since that appointment and I have heard nothing, phoned again today, but nobody new anything about me, finally they have given me an appointment for Friday PM but to see a different doctor, lets hope he has the right information

otherwise I might be going home blind

Clearly things have not happened as they should, for which we apologise. We would like to investigate what's gone wrong and wonder if you would be willing to let us have the details so that we can take them up on your behalf - just e-mail them to generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net and we'll get on to it for you.
