What could be improved
Waiting time of an hour and five minutes
Anything else?
I had taken my child out of school to attend the appointment, so was really annyed that we were left waiting an hour to be seen. After bad news off the consultant I was left crying outside his room embarassed to go back in the waiting room he walked passed me and shouted in the next patient!
"Painfull and time wasting"
