My local surgery is fantastic!

Our family GP, Doctor Davies and his team, have helped my family so much. They make referrals promptly and effectively, enabling my me and my children to access vital care and support. It might appear difficult sometimes to get an appointment but this is deceptive as the practice always goes out of its way to solve your problem, whether it’s with a phone call or an emergency appt.

I cannot praise this surgery too highly. I am very grateful for the help they have given me. Just yesterday, I asked the receptionist to arrange a repeat prescription of a routine medication.

At 8. 30 this morning Dr Davies was on the phone to me in his capacity as duty doctor, a ten-minute call that resulted in a referral to a specialist and a treatment plan in place for a persistent but non-urgent health problem.
