What I liked

My son had a skiing accident in Andorra and suffered a back injury. He was told to attend his local hospital upon his return home. We attended RHH and were treated by a doctor. He was excellent. He was a very pleasant and personable young man. Despite clearly being very busy he treated us like people not just numbers. He explained everthing that he was doing in detail and was very professional. I was very impressed with him, sufficiently impressed to look up this website and write these comments.

What could be improved

Nothing springs to mind.
