"Cataract Surgery"

Had both eyes done recently, I was made to feel part of the process and I was kept in the loop at all times.

On both days I was either last or close to last on the list, but was kept fully informed about timing both times. The second time the reason given for me being last was "Its because you are young and healthy......well, relatively" :)

The nurse who gave me the (actually non-event) injection was a star, his collection of jokes has now been used on all my family.

The dispensary inevitably can become busy, so be aware that a wait my be likely.

Post operative care was thorough and reassuring. Even as they signed me off they added, "But we're always here if you need us".

The outcome has surpassed my expectations, my eyesight is pretty well 20/20, I can see stars I've missed for 20 years and I feel my world has switched to HD.
