"noone bothers to answer phone on the number..."

Why publish a phone number if you can't be bothered to have someone answering it?

I have tried the number quoted 0203313 5660 and it just rings with no reply.

I tried it yesterday several times and no answer and it's the same today. .

I am really sorry to hear that you have had trouble getting through to us on our phone number.

We have a dedicated member of staff picking up calls from 9am to 4:30 pm on the line that you mention. It is however a very busy line and I know that yesterday it was particularly so. Outside of these hours there is a voicemail facility and you can also self refer on our website which is checked daily: www.ealingiapt.nhs.uk

Alternatively, if you email me your contact details I will make sure that someone gets back to you as soon as possible: ealing.iapt@nhs.net

I'm sorry that getting hold of us has been a frustrating experience for you and I hope that this doesn't put you off trying again.
