"Excellent service all round"

Been at this surgery a few months now and I can't complain at all. Reception are always helpful whether I ring up or come in to the surgery, and will go above and beyond to help. Today I accidentally booked the wrong appointment type so they called me before the appointment and helped me change it to the right type, fitting me in to a cancellation slot the same day.

Every doctor I've seen at the practice has been lovely too - very warm and welcoming, include me in all treatment decisions, and make you feel very at ease. I've also never had an appointment run late before, and generally can get an appointment within a week, which is impressive!
