"Brilliant service"

About: Newark Hospital

Following a fall resulting in a broken wrist I had to visit on a Saturday evening.

When we got there it was pretty busy so believed we’d be in for a long wait.

I was definitely wrong. People were disappearing quickly and going on their way and I was no different.

I saw the nurse for a check within 20 minutes of arrival. Then x Ray soon after and then a nurse again for my results very quickly. The longest wait was waiting for the cast to set.

My fracture clinic appointment was waiting for me on the way out.

I was reassured and given pain killers by the lovely team on shift who made the whole experience as comfortable as it could be.

In and out within 70 minutes with full treatment.
