About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Cardiology

Made feel comfy and well looked after. 6weeks there got spoiled and treated by staff and patients. There over Xmas. From cleaners to docs seeing work hard but would still chat and be friendly. Felt sad to leave as after year I had. Losing both mum and dad and dog. 2 mates then while in hospital myself was made homeless being on fielding where I felt safe and nice people who care.

6 weeks is a long period of time to be in hospital and the Christmas period can be a particularly emotional time. So pleased to hear that you were appropriately looked after and made to feel comfortable. The cleaning and catering teams work incredibly hard to support clinical colleagues in the knowledge that food is a medicine that aids recovery and a clean hospital provides a secure environment.

It is also noted that the teams were keen to communicate with you which shows a real sign of acknowledgement that we truly have a passion to "care" for our patients in many different ways
