"Staff are there for the money not to help ill..."

Staff are there for the money and not to take care of there patients, they do not follow rules properly for example two memebers of staff should be on the wards and there not, they sit on there mobiles with there feet up in the office, they wind patients up by turning lights on and off and turning tv off and hiding remotes, i am a visitor of a patient and have seen all this with my own eyes. This patient has been on and off in this hospital for the last 3 years so when i say i have seen it all i really have. We have written numerous complaints and letters to the higher staff and never had any response. Its very sad as a lot of patients at this hospital need so much support and just someone kind to talk to, they are just thrown medication and left to get on with it! It makes me sick! I advise there to be spot checks by higher members of staff and to listen to the feedback of patients!!!
