(as a parent/guardian),

My little girl (5months) started having breathing difficulties so took her to a&e . We were assessed and taken into 1B . The staff were amazing. Reasurring me and going that extra mile to make it not as daunting. They were always keeping me informed of what they were doing and practically running after me . A special thanks to Nicole who was one of the nurses who looked after her and also Sandra who was one of the auxiliaries there who was the happiest wee person I've ever met .  Definitely made it a lot better for me and I cannot be more grateful to all the staff at 1B

Aw, it is heart breaking when a wee one is ill and in hospital. It is such a stressful time. I am so glad you were looked after so well. It must have made such a difference to you and your wee girl. I am sure the team, particularly Nicole and Sandra, will be delighted with your kind words.
