"Wonderful staff on a stressful day"

I wanted to write a review to say how grateful I am for such lovely kind staff on a stressful day. We had our routine 20 week baby scan but it found a potential cardiac problem with the baby. We arrived at 10am and left at 4pm and in that time saw two sonographers, one obstetrician and a cardiologist. All arranged that day when a potential problem was found. I was so impressed we didn't have to come back and we could have our fears calmed that day. Plus because I had to wait around a fair bit I stuck out a bit on the unit but pretty much EVERY member of staff bothered to stop and ask if I was okay, offering me tissues when I was crying and water and just generally checking I was okay. This thought was appreciated so much. Our Sonographer and the nurse were particularly kind, making a difficult day much more manageable.
