"First class service"

I had a hand operation at these premises jan.2017,and require the same operation on the other hand now, in jan 2018. One part of the Admin team, could not do enough for me in arranging the necessary details in order for me to be seen by the consultant.Patiiently waiting for details from my surgery, the member of staff bent over backwards in going out of her way to speed up my limited appointment dates, due to my working off-shore. She is a credit to this department,and i hope she gets the recognition,she fully deserves.Thank-you.
