What I liked
I was very pleased with the way I was treated by most of the nursing staff and the doctors before and after the removal of my appendicts. The service personnel where very good and had a good attitude to work on the SAU ward.
What could be improved
The attitude of the NHS nursing staff on the SAU ward should have been alot better with better care of patiences especially at night
Anything else?
As I had not had any fliuds for over 20hrs then only sips of water after the operation, In the late evening I asked one of the nurses if I could have a cup of tea the reply was if I get time, later I went to the loo and the nurses were sitting about talking and idid not sound like shop talk.
