What I liked
The care and attention given by all the staff with whom I came into contact. It was exemplary. At all times, they kept me informed and reassured. The atmosphere in the ward was friendly and relaxed and the nurses regularly came to see how I was and have a chat. It was only day surgery (an Arthroscopy of the knee) but at no time were you made to feel that you were receiving anything other than the most professional and experienced care.
What could be improved
