Rang emergency eye dept as asked by GP .....35 mins waiting on the phone only to be cut off. Rang again and the switch board transferred me and was cut off again.... twice

if you call the PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) team on 08009176039 / 02392286309 or email the PALS desk on PHT.PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk

tell them of your concern they will assist in helping you to contact the Eye Department.
