(as a service user),

I was taken to Wishaw General by paramedics on Saturday night, I would like to compliment the paramedics & hospital staff for a very speedy and professional service. Even though I was a bit on the tipsy side I was made to feel at ease and treated with dignity and respect. I commend the staff for the job they do and would like to say a massive thank you for the job you do.

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the care you received whilst having to attend the Emergency Department here at University Hospital Wishaw. I hope that you are recovering well and your health continues to improve.
