I would like to say thank you to all the staff in A and E, AMU, Fielding and the Cardiac lab for the excellent care of a close friend. I find as a nurse the most difficult time leaving someone close in the care of another   HCP but at your hospital I felt extremely confident that she would be well looked after. All staff were welcoming, very kind and generous with their time. Truly excellent care, thank you.

I understand what you mean about leaving a loved one in someone else's care and I am glad that my team inspired your confidence.
