(as the patient),

So my wife has just had a stint in hospital at King Georges in Ilford, I realise that some people may have had bad experiences but for us, again, the NHS has performed brilliantly, staff are wonderful in tough circumstances and long hours, Doctors are considerate and skilled, nurses are angels indeed, thank you to all on Dahlia Ward!

We found that sometimes in difficult circumstances the nurses, staff and student nurses remained calm, friendly and professional but still they had time to just “pass the day” with us.
