Appalling service, I have attempted to make a very serious formal complaint and it is being ignored absolutely disgusting when my Mother was left all night with the promise of a GP call back and one was never received! After staying up all night with my Mother ill still no call! Now a complaint that is ignored absolutely shocking! Sickening when taking into account the serious nature of my Mothers diagnosis when eventually seen by a GP!
