"Colonoscopy and gastroscopy"

I found the treatment and the staff extremely helpful and caring. Everything was explained throughout the procedure, and it was very reassuring. I was asked if I would mind if a student nurse inserted the cannula, as it's a teaching hospital. The student did an excellent job of inserting it, and I would like to thank her! My thanks also to all the team for the care I received. What could have been a difficult procedure was made easy, and I was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout, from arrival to leaving. Thank you!
