Thank you so much for the excellent service from the audiology department. My father who is now - just recent - living in London & required a new hearing aid to make life easier ! Rang the department last Weds & was able to nip up on the central line to go & pick it up a week later where it was waiting in the reception as promised.. Thank you so much to all the staff involved. It really is more than appreciated,thanks again !
