"Thank you"

I would like to thank the Rheumatologist I saw yesterday 25/01/2018, I suffer with Anxiety, depression, panic attacks and a lot of other illnesses, she made me feel more at ease and explained in depth with what she diagnosed me with, she referred me to the chronic pain team, and sent me for blood tests and xrays straight away, I can not thank this lady enough for everything she did for me, the nurses were lovely too asking me if I was ok, and were very helpful, thank you all so much.
