About: Grange Medicare - New Cross Surgery

I've long term health issues permanent pain also memory problems. I'm prescribed two strong painkillers for this one is on repeat the other they refuse so need to remember to order.. they put them down from 100 to 30 knowing I may need 8 a day I complained it got put back to 100.. past few months has to order twice a month due to getting only 60 ran out forgot to order rang doctors lied to at 10.30am that a doctor will see it today... rang back at 5pm to be told no your on doctors waiting list for Monday! So in agony all day waiting to find out I might as well do myself in because I can't last a whole weekend in this pain again. I requested a doctor's appointment this morning got given 22 Feb!! I saw pain clinic this week who clearly stated no change to medication but my doctors do as they please. I've reported reception before for demanding over whole surgery that I didn't need an appointment as she had one of my test result letters I didn't need one! I needed a doctor for something she knew nothing about.. this same woman just told me it's all prescription clerks fault! It certainly wasn't prescription clerk that answered phone at 10.30am as that's not her job. The surgery only has two good doctors rest of them can't be bothered reading your file to treat you correctly so you get fobbed off till you can actually see the doctors you need to. Glad it's shutting down I won't have a gp by then hopefully won't be here to need one but it's this place that's made me not want to be here they don't care your day in absolute agony reception probably find it quite funny. Don't put in for this doctors if you value your health unless you want a battle on your hands. Hope reception staff enjoy signing on because nobody will set attitudes like that on and if they still in caring proffession god help the patient
