"Terrible service"

About: Osler House Medical Centre

I stayed 5 days recently in Hospital I was giving birth 11 days ago. I had a high risk of pregnancy. During the delivery I’ve got haemorrhoids I used one tube of cream but it didn’t help. I decided to contact with my new GP. (We moved here from London) I called them in the morning to get an emergency appointment because it can be serious as well. I explained them what’s happening with me. The receptionist asked What do I want? I just wanted to get treatment for that. Her attitude is very rude. She said she gonna call me back. After I was constantly phoning them and reminding them but they say I should try to call them in the morning at 8. What I did. Phone lines are always busy in the morning and they simply say no appointment. It’s disgrace to be treated like this. So I have this maternity card to get the medicine for free just nobody wants to give me prescription! I had to speak with my midwife than. She called them about this. And after that I got a treatment I could pick it up in the pharmacy. The doctor refused to see me and didn’t even examine me. Terrible service absolutely cannot recommend this place to anybody! After that how I can trust him if I gonna have a problem with my infant??!! I wish to go back to London to get proper service! Why register people if you can not give them service? Why you need 8-21 opening times???? It’s simple not acceptable!!
