"Incompetent and Unprofessional"

This surgery is an absolute joke and is run by some of the most immature, petulant and incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

One of their doctors made a mocking comment about my weight. Yes I'm overweight, but I suggest staff be professional about pointing that out rather than resorting to ridicule, especially when the appointment was to discuss mental health.

Their reception staff are condescending, rude and will actively ignore the phone despite there being no queue.

In addition, there was an incident where we caught them laughing about a condition we discussed with them on the phone, as they hadn't realised they forgot to hang up the phone. We made a complaint to management, and the correspondence we received in response was a completely petulant denial of the events entirely, and the staff responsible received no disciplinary consequences.

This surgery repeatedly fails to competently sort repeat prescriptions on a nearly monthly basis. The incompetence is infuriating. Rude reception, rude doctors, apathetic admin, nobody can get their job right.
