Having had a back operation in June unfortunately things went wrong. My complaint is that your so called customer care team don't bother doing their job. It's now 7 months later and the issue has not been resolved. Not 1 phone call from the above department all they do is try and stall you, a complete disgrace to the N.H.S. What happened was bad enough but to be ignored afterwards despite the hospital being found guilty on many counts is disgusting
