Despite repeated clear instructions that I have opted out of all data sharing between ALL nhs institutions, the hospital shared my medical data without my consent. They don't respond to my complaint letters. I am seriously ill so this was the last thing I needed and I will now have to turn to the Information Commissioner for assistance. I would have preferred the hospital to just sort the problem out.
