(as a service user),

Since I have been back in services (for 2 years) I have had a really good relationship with my keyworker (Nicola), but I have also had a lot of support from other staff members I have met through doing groups (Andrew and Tim) And since the drop in workers have been here (Ollie, Amy and Stuart) I have felt really supported and they have made me feel that I can talk to them. And because of this I am using the drop in service a lot more, I know I can come to a safe, confidential space and talk to someone about anything I need to.

I also feel really supported by Becky, I have been able to speak to her about my current situation which I am really struggling with, and she gave me the time to speak to her openly and honestly and really listened. And whenever I see her she takes the time to check in with me, I have known her since she worked on the reception when the service was ACT, so it's nice to have someone to talk to that has known me a long time.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback it is really appreciated. It is great to hear you have found the staff have time to listen has we really promote this as one of our core values.

I will ensure all staff hear you feedback, it will be great for them to hear that they have made a difference to you.

Continuing accessing the support you need via key work, the groups or our drop-in. Did you know we are now open in Aylesbury on a Saturday afternoon for open access, drop in if you feel this could help.
