What I liked
my mother in law attended the hospital to have an aneurysm coiled. she was very nervous to say the least. She was accompanied by her daughter at all time, and was put at ease by the friendly consultant and staff. we were impressed by the full explanation of her condition and treatment. my mother in law says she had the best of treatment and would reccommend your hospital. She also thought the food was fine.
What could be improved
quite often the hand sanitiser dispensers near the wards were empty and needed to be filled which was slightly out of sinc with the overall message of the importance of personal hygene.
Anything else?
we also found staff at the help desk and front office very helpfull.
