"Disgusted"

I have been using Specsavers for many years .This has to be the worst visit I have ever had. A male and female members of staff are rude. They are unhelpful. The female is the worst. I felt terrible when I left the store. No one seems to no what there doing with regards to orderd of glasses or contact lens. I would no way recommend westealing spec savers to any one. I will never be going there for my eye care ever again. I have just found out spec saver isn't one big happy family it's a franchise so you can not complain.to spec savers head office as there is not one . you have to complain to the very people in the store that served you. It's disgusting. I will never go back after many years of being a happy customer.
