Receptionists attitude.

Waiting time.

Policy on re-arranging appointments.

I did not get treated as I was unable to wait any longer for my appointment, 1 hour and 15 minutes had passed and all the receptionist could tell me was 'It will be 10/15 minutes longer'. I was told this after 45 minutes and waited a further 30 minutes before leaving. As I attempted to explain to the receptionist I had somewhere to be as was not expecting to be sat in a waiting room for so long. But because I changed my appointment time from 10.30am to 11am this apparently counted as a cancellation and I was unable to change my appointment for another time, according to the receptionist. As stated I just left without seeing the doctor as the waiting time and receptionists attitude was appauling. The question 'The environment where I was treated was…', I replied 'Does not apply' because I was not treated and only saw the waiting room!
