"Routine mammogram"

(as a service user),

Having been called back after both previous routine mammograms I was particularly anxious for this one. I wasn’t sure if I was imagining feeling lumps etc.. I tried to explain this to the lady who just became impatient. 

She was brusque, impatient and the whole experience was made far worse than it already was. 

Horrendous. I am now waiting for results. Again, awful. Fingers crossed
