"Poor reception"

About: Malling Health Blue Suite

This place is going down hill and fast!!

So I rang non stop today from half 8, mostly getting a busy tone from the off.

I some how got through three times, the first two times the phone rang out then cutt off and the third time I got fed up with waiting.

I know that if I ring just after 9 it will get picked up instantly, and then get told like I have done before to ring at half 8 ? Can't win !!!

No wonder why people bypass the GP and go to the hospital if there service is this shocking

I am sorry to hear you have had difficulty in getting through to the Practice. Demand, particularly first thing in the day is very high and the reception team experience a very high volume of calls as well as having to deal with patients at the desk.
