What could be improved

I went into the hospital as i suffer with very bad back pain and i was told to wait in the waiting area and wait for my name to be called in the waiting room, i sat there with my father for nearly 3 hours and still didnt get seen so we gave up and i havent been back there since as i feel as if it would be just a waste of time. I had better luck with my doctor who sore me quickly and took the time to arrange blood tests which i also refused to have done at Medway as i felt i would be there all day. Also on a different occasion something happened that should have meant that they came to the scene quickly and i was personally there and they took half hour to 45 mins to arrive at the scene in which it was to late however despite there best efforts.

Anything else?

Also when my mothers lung was collapsing and she was rushed to hosiptal she was not properly looked after and was left very unconfortable whilst she was there
