"Efficient and friendly staff"

About: Hertfordshire & Essex Hospital

The service i received from the hospital was impeccable. I turned up at the Minor Injuries unit where the receptionist was extremely organised and friendly, i was seen by a nurse (who's bedside manner was a breath of fresh air) within 5 minutes. From registering my injury, having an x-ray, results and having my finger strapped up i was in and out in 40 minutes. Honestly very impressed. Thank you to the all the staff who helped me.
