I am a long term mental health patient, a War Veteran, whose condition is due to frontline service.
Aside from issues of larium poisoning and an arachnoid cyst, my referral to this clinic has not been treated as a veteran priority , let alone the NHS Charter.
I have been trying since June 2017 to see a psychiatrist.
Talking Therapies and a Clinical Psychiatrist are not an option and it is without their gift.
The practice manager has been going to call me since last year, and I have yet to have heard from them.
This is an unacceptable state of affairs and I will be reporting the practice to the relevant authorities under the instruction of the Veterans Minister, and to the CQC.
