"Worst hospital ever!"

We are extremely sorry for the poor experience that you have experienced at the Trust. We are aware that there is evidence of poor communication and attitude in certain areas of the hospital but are working hard to address this. You might be interested to know that we have are undertaking an organisational development programme to address, in particular, these areas. We feel it is unacceptable for any professional to be carrying on in such a manner. A new emergency department project is also looking at all aspects of process and practice in the treatment of emergency patients. The intention is that we streamline the procedure so waits of this length become uncommon. We do hope that a future experience at the hospital will be more positive.
