(as a relative),

I would like to thank the SID team, particularly Ahmed and Carolina, for their care following my Father`s recent fall. They were instrumental in helping him (and our family) begin to re-build his confidence and retain his dignity. They were also  vital in gaining further medical help when he suffered complications. Whilst being professional and diligent they showed us all empathy and encouragement and his home transition would not have been so positive without their support.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your father’ care and treatment by the SID team at Heartlands Hospital.

It is lovely to read such positive comments, as I appreciate it would have been a very worrying time for you and your family, following your father’s fall.

It is good to know that the team were able to support your father and to rebuild his confidence and assist when he suffered complications.

I shall forward your posting to the senior management team and ask that it is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be delighted to read your comments.

Once again, thank you for your posting as all feedback is important to us, whether it is negative or positive, as this helps the Trust to improve our services and make changes where necessary.

We continually strive to improve our service for all patient’s and visitors.
