What I liked

I had to attend the the hospital for a Day Surgery. I had done this surgery once in 2009, but unfortunately had to redo it in 2010. In 2009, I was kept for 2 nights and in 2010 discharged on the same day.

The care I recieved on both these occasions was excellent. The nurses werevery nice ans bubbly and checked on me regulary. The even assisted me when I needed to take a shower in the morning, they made sure I had everything I needed and the waited outside in case I needed any help.

Not sure if I could offer any more compliments but I would say the treatment I recieved was TOP NOTCH!

I am now pregant with my second baby and following a disastoreous experience at Basildon Hospital, I am hoping for more pleasant memories from Darent Valley.

What could be improved

There is always room for improvement - I was rather hingry after surgery but made to wait a long time before I could have my toast... the nurses were doing their medicine round so I had to wait till that was done.. a bit annoying, but toast doesnt take too long... or does it?
